Christophe Grosjean began his career by learning to cook in fine French restaurants, with two or three stars. After 10 years in California as the chef of a Relais & Château, it is in the Basque Country that he affirmed his style of cuisine, notably at the Château de Brindos d'Anglet and at the Grand Hôtel de Saint Jean-de-Luz, prestigious restaurants where he obtained a Michelin star.

Cooking party

In all relaxation you will develop your own  the meal in the company of chef Nicolas who will lead the brigades that you will form. Everyone has their own task to develop the starter, main course and dessert as a team.

Self-taught chef, he chose the Basque Country to develop his creativity around local products.

It is as a true epicurean that he draws his creativity in the kitchen, he is attached to the sense of sharing and conviviality around a beautiful table.

The English Bar

Decorated with "British" furniture and wallpaper, you will be immersed in the atmosphere of a Manor of the English aristocracy, reminiscent of the time when it participated in launching the seaside resort of Biarritz.
